Starbucks Odyssey, which is the coffee brands official NFT rewards platform, is celebrating that the brand is calling “unprecedented” success following the initial rollout of the platform and overall reception.
The platform was originally announced back in September of this year as a growth pathway connected from the Starbucks rewards program, where users earn rewards when they buy any products in-store and for participating with any activities within the Odyssey app.
The launch included beta testers, with more testers being added in January 2023.
When a user completes activities in-app, they can earn ‘Journey Stamp’ NFTs, with each of the NFTs commemorating elements of the Seattle-based company’s 51-year history, and the NFTs are fully tradeable with the stamps and points able to unlock exclusive experiences and events as well.
