CLEARSIGHT NETWORKS, a

demonstrations showing the latest monitoring and analysis innovations at
its booth #741 during the Spring VON.x conference which takes place at the
San Jose McEnery Convention Center from March 18 to March 20.

The demonstrations are:
– An Atlas Navigation option for ClearSight’s Network Time Machine (NTM).
The demonstration showcases Atlas’s ability to index and categorize
terabytes of network traffic captured by the NTM. Network engineers can
then drill down to areas of interest in order to view related trending
charts, application content, flow data, and packet data, to gain
complete visibility into any LAN environment at all 7 layers and above.
– A Next Generation Expert analysis option for the ClearSight Analyzer,
ClearSight Distributed, and NTM products. The option supports a LAN
Expert knowledge base which incorporates over 1,300 Expert problems and
issues. An innovation of the option is a key feature called “active
solution” which provides a unique framework in which to troubleshoot
network problems. Upon the detection of a LAN problem by the Expert
analysis engine, the “active solution” component will automatically
launch and perform a series of tests — just as a human expert would –
to facilitate root-case analysis and problem resolution.

ClearSight will ship the Atlas Navigation and the Next Generation
Expert analysis options in calendar Q2, 2008. The active component feature
will be available in Q3 2008.
